Did you know sleep is essential for a strong immune system?

Most of us can agree that 2020 has been a dumpster fire and we need every bit of help to stay healthy of body and mind. The best way to boost your immunity and mental health is through a good night’s rest! Simple as it sounds, getting restful Z’s can be challenging with so much weighing on our minds. We know this! So, we pulled our founder’s nighttime routine and created these 6 tips for your best sleep.

Eat 2-4 hours before bed and make the meal low-fat/grease. The fresher the better!

2. TEA

Drinking tea after dinner is a great way to aid digestion and boost immunity. It reduces stress by calming the nerve endings in your body. We recommend the Dr. Vim’s Adaptogen tea because it gives us an extra zen feeling!


Use a diffuser or put a few drops into a bath! Essential oils are amazing for reducing stress and boosting your mood. Lavender, rose and eucalyptus are especially calming and relaxing.


This doesn’t have to be an extensive process! Use a little bit of brown sugar, lemon and honey for a homemade scrub. You can also use your favorite store-bought mask followed by micro needling. Don’t have a micro needling tool? That’s okay! Wash up and then use a quartz roller to drain your lymphatic system and relax.


We don’t need to deep clean, okay? Simply put some things away and maybe run the duster over your nightstand. Clearing your space clears your head. Plus, getting rid of allergens is always a good idea.


Again, this doesn’t have to be a lengthy affair! Yoga is a great workout, but it can also be an amazing relaxation tool. Don’t do any crazy moves, just stretch and flow in ways that feel good for your body. Yoga takes your mind out of fight or flight mode, decreases stress and oxygenates the body. 10 minutes is all you need to unwind.
